We hope to see you soon
We do not yet know when we can open the amusement park, but we believe that in troubled times, joy is more important than ever. Therefore, we have looked at Liseberg's operations and identified a number of actions and changes that will be implemented in the park. So, when we are able to open, we will be prepared to welcome our guests in a safe and responsible manner. We hope to see you soon!
This is what we intend to do to make our employees and guests feel safe when they visit us, and to reduce the spread of infection:
To reduce queues and crowding we will …
… open the park to a very limited number of quests per day.
… transfer sales of park products to liseberg.se wherever we can.
… introduce virtual queuing on more attractions, using the Liseberg app.
To ensure social distancing we will …
… set up routines, distance markings and dividers in areas of the park where people are likely to gather in a restricted area.
… not hold any concerts in the park until midsummer (and possibly later).
… train our staff in the relevant routines and recommendations.
… inform guests about the relevant routines and recommendations before they visit and when they are in the park.
To ensure good hygiene we will …
… increase cleaning routines in public spaces and washrooms.
… draw up special cleaning and hygiene routines for all the departments in the park.
… provide more opportunities for hand washing/sanitising in more areas of the park.
… train all staff in the relevant hygiene routines.
The above measures are the result of an analysis of risks in our activities. The analysis was carried out in consultation with the Swedish Amusement Park Association (Svenska nöjesparksföreningen) and is based on the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Sweden. It shows that by making adjustments and adaptations in several types of activities we can meet current distancing rules and recommendations, and hence minimise the risk of spreading infection.
