The amusement park is currently closed. Due to the current situation we have decided to postpone the summer season premiere. We are staying continuously updated regarding the spread of the disease via the Public Health Agency of Sweden and the City of Gothenburg. The health and safety of our employees and guests is always our highest priority

Will Liseberg open as planned on 25 April?
No, due to the current situation we have decided to postpone the premiere. This in the light of recent guidelines and restrictions from the Swedish government in regard to COVID-19.
When will you be able to open?
The new preliminary opening date is 16 May. Given the current circumstances and that the situation may change from day to day, that may be changed. We are staying continuously updated and hope to welcome our guests as soon as possible.
Is the Liseberg Theatre and Amusement Arcade open?
The Amusement Arcade will be closed. Liseberg Theatre is also closed and all performances are postponed to autumn 2020.
What is Liseberg doing to reduce the risk of infection?
Large parts of our activities are currently closed.
If I buy advance tickets for Liseberg and then can’t use them, will my money be refunded?

FAQ Liseberg accommodation
Will Liseberg’s accommodation remain open?
Yes. Lisebergsbyn and Hotel Liseberg Heden are open as usual. Askim Strand has not yet opened for the season. New opening date 5 june.
What are you doing to reduce the risk of infection at Liseberg’s accommodation?
- In addition to our usual meticulous cleaning procedures, we have introduced extra measures such as performing more frequent disinfection
- Replacing the breakfast buffet with ready-packed sandwiches
- Issuing clear instructions and information to all staff about the infection risk and how we can help protect each other and our guests
As a guest, what should I do if I get symptoms of the disease while staying Liseberg’s accommodation?
