This is Liseberg

Liseberg is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Sweden. Since 1923 we have brought millions of people together to have fun in the amusement park. But Liseberg is much more than this.

Amusement park for all ages

Liseberg runs the amusement park with its 42 rides and attractions, games, games of fortune, music stages, dance floor and many restaurants and cafés – all set in green parkland.

We are proud of the fact there is something for everyone to enjoy in our amusement park. For the little ones there is Rabbit Land and Children’s Paradise, filled with gentle carousels and playgrounds. But Liseberg also offers more challenging rides and attractions that are clearly world class, such as AtmosFear, Balder, Valkyria, Luna and Helix. And more are on the way.

Three seasons in the amusement park

The amusement park has opened for three seasons each year:

  • Summer season, which runs from April to October.
  • Halloween season, which coincides with school autumn break.
  • Christmas at Liseberg, which runs from mid-November to New Year.

Music, theatre and shows

Liseberg is also a big concert organizer and in summer there are daily music performances. They range from small and classy to events with wide appeal, often featuring international stars. We even have a dance floor with live music. And it’s all included in the admission price. The Rondo show venue is open all year round, as is Liseberg Theatre.

Restaurants and cafés

Liseberg is committed to offering a wide choice of high-quality food and drink. Inside the amusement park are theme restaurants, such as Tyrolen and Hamnkrogen seafood restaurant, as well as the fine old Lisebergs Wärdshus, which specializes in locally grown produce. We are also proud to have the world’s first fully vegetarian amusement park restaurant, The Green Room. You’ll also find Max burger restaurants here and other quick and tasty outlets and cafés. All the restaurants in the amusement park offer vegetarian dishes.

Hotel, camping and bed & breakfast

Next to the amusement park, you find Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel, the most fantasy-filled family hotel in Sweden. A little further from the amusement park we have Lisebergsbyn, with a choice of cottages, bed & breakfast, camping and hostel. Both facilities are open all year round. In summer we also open Liseberg’s camping Askim Strand.

Corporate events and conferences

Liseberg is also open to conferences, kick-off events and other types of corporate events all year round. We can host events in the amusement park, at Lisebergsbyn or at the Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel.
