Our conviction that everyone can do something for the future of the planet resulted in our hotel becoming the first in Göteborg to receive environmental certification, in 1995. We have followed this course ever since. Hedens Hörna, our own restaurant, is now organic – from the naturally farmed beef and locally grown produce we buy, to the seasonal menu and ecolabelled coffee we serve. We feel that food is simply better that way, and it also makes us feel good about the future.

Enjoying a good meeting naturally extends beyond the restaurant. The results of our environmental commitment can be seen in everything we do, from the little herb garden outside the lobby bar, where our kitchen staff collect sprigs of fresh basil and mint, to the cleaning products that we use. They are all essential elements in the good life we try to lead.
