Arrival

Guests in caravans and tents can check in from 13:00. Other guests can check in from 15:00. If you will be arriving later than 18:00 and have not paid in advance, you must inform us of this by phone on +46 (0)31-840 200. Guests who have paid in advance can simply arrive before the reception closes.

If the reception is closed
Check the reception opening hours. In winter, the reception is not staffed at night and guests must check in via a code box. Please contact us on the day of arrival and we will provide you with your code.

Departure

Guests must check out by 11:00. This is the time at which key cards stop working. Exceptions from this schedule can normally only be accepted during the low season, and only after agreement with the reception staff. If you have paid in advance, we recommend that you use the “Express checkout” facility. When checking in, you will receive an envelope. Place your key card, cleaning list and electricity key (if any) in the envelope, and put the envelope in the letterbox marked “Expressutcheckning”. This saves you queuing when checking out.

Breakfast

Our breakfast is served daily between 06:30 and 10:00.

Parking

Parking is free and located immediately next to where you are staying.

Shopping

Nordstan, the largest shopping centre in the Nordic region, has everything you could possibly want and more besides. Fredsgatan, Kungsgatan and Avenyn are also unmissable shopping districts.

Tourist information

The Gothenburg City Card is an easy way to get around the city. It gives you free access to the whole city and unlimited entertainment. Free admission to Liseberg Amusement Park, the Universum centre and the city's museums, unlimited travel on trams, buses and ferries, free parking and much more.

The City card is also entitles the holder to discounts in many shops and restaurants. Gothenburg City cards at a discount rate are available from the reception at Lisebergsbyn Kärralund. 24- and 48-hour cards are available for adults and children.
