If you have questions, comments or need
information, come and see us! Here you can
buy public transport tickets and postage
stamps, exchange currency and travellers’
cheques, buy a Gold Pass and more. Ride
Passes for attendants of disabled guests are
also available here.

Lost children
Meeting point at the Rabbit House next to Lilla Scenen. This is where children and parents who have lost each other can meet up.

Lost property
Lost something? Ask at Guest Services, where all lost property is handed in. If you find something yourself, we would naturally appreciate it if you hand it in to Guest Services!

  
GENERAL SERVICES

Washrooms
In Liseberg Hall, the Circus area, on the ground floor of the
Amusement Arcade, near Liseberg Tower, the House of Mirrors,
Kanonen, Hamnkrogen and underneath the Waltzer. There are
toilets for the disabled at all locations.

Nursery Room
The nursery room is behind the Tea-Cups in the Circus area.
A microwave is also available to warm baby food. Baby-changing
table adjacent to all washrooms.

Parking
Liseberg has a large car park at the South Entrance. Secure parking is
also available. More parking is available in areas surrounding Liseberg.

Coach parking
On Sofierogatan and at the South Entrance car park. See also parking map at www.evenemangstrafiken.nu.

Wheelchairs
Available from cloakroom service in Liseberg Hall and at Information
at the South Entrance.

Left luggage
There are staffed left luggage/cloakroom services in Liseberg Hall at
the Main Entrance (SEK 15 per item). There are storage lockers at
the South Entrance and the House of Mirrors (3 x 5-krona coins).

Pushchairs Renetal
Pushchairs can be hired from Liseberg Hall at the Main Entrance.
(SEK 50 plus SEK 50 deposit.)

First aid
Guest Services have a first-aid centre should you require urgent assistance with minor ailments.

Cash Machines
There are Bankomat cash machines in Liseberg opposite
Järnvägsrestaurangen and at Guest Services (opposite Trebello).
There is also a cash machine opposite the Bumper Cars.

Paying by Card
Debit, credit and charge cards are accepted at all entrances and
ticket offices, at Information and in our restaurants and shops,
but not at small kiosks such as ice cream, popcorn, hot-dog and
souvenir stands.

Banks
The closest banks are Handelsbanken, Mölndalsvägen 22 and SEB, St Sigfridsplan.

Cheques
Swedish cheques are accepted at the entrances and ticket offices, at
Information and Guest Services and in our shops and restaurants.
Maximum amount is SEK 2,000. We regret that we are unable to
accept foreign or company cheques.

‘Rikskuponger’ dining vouchers
Rikskuponger can be used for payment in our restaurants and cafés.

Foreign currency
Norwegian, Danish and euro notes are accepted at entrances and
ticket offices, at Information and in our shops and restaurants.
Other currencies and traveller’s cheques can be exchanged at
Guest Services.

Gold Pass Office
Activate your Gold Pass at the Gold Pass Office near the Lilla Lots/Circus Express and get your Ride Pass for the day.
(Ride Passes can also be collected from selected ticket offices,
see signs)

Post
You can buy stamps, and post letters and postcards at Guest Services. There is also a post box at the Main Entrance.

Pets
No animals are allowed at Liseberg, except
rescue and guide dogs.

Ride Smart
Estimated waiting times for attractions are posted on the Ride
Smart boards at the ticket offices. Keep an eye on them and plan
ahead for more ride time! They also show the opening and closing
times for attractions.
